This agreement is effective and enforceable upon your acceptance of it and commencement of registration with the store pursuant to Article Ten of the Saudi Electronic Transactions Law.

The preamble above is considered an integral part of this agreement. Below you will find the meanings and definitions of the key terms used in this agreement:

1. 1(Store): This definition includes all forms of the store on the internet, whether an electronic application, a website on the internet, or a commercial shop.
2. 2(Consumer): The person who engages in e-commerce wishing to obtain the products or services provided by the store through its electronic platform.
3. 3(Agreement): This term refers to the terms and conditions of this agreement, which govern and regulate the relationship between the parties to this agreement.

1. 1The consumer acknowledges that they have legal capacity recognized under Sharia and regulations to deal with the store, or that they are not less than eighteen years of age.
2. 2The consumer agrees that if they violate this article, they shall bear the consequences of such violation before third parties.

1. 1The store's obligation toward consumers is to provide (the service or product).
2. 2The store may provide other services such as after-sales services or other related services, depending on the nature and type of (the service or product) requested by the consumer.

1. 1The consumer undertakes to use the store's electronic platform in a manner consistent with public morals and the regulations in force in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
2. 2When purchasing a service or product from this store, the consumer undertakes not to use such service or product in a manner that violates public morals and the regulations in force in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Upon applying to join this store as a user, you are obligated to disclose specific information and choose a username and confidential password for accessing the store's services. By doing so, you agree to the following:

1. 1You shall be responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and password, and you agree to immediately notify this store of any unauthorized use of your account information with the store or any other breach of your confidential information.
2. 2Under no circumstances shall the store be liable for any loss you may suffer, whether directly or indirectly, morally or materially, as a result of the disclosure of your username or login password.
3. 3You undertake to use your account or membership with the store yourself, as you are fully responsible for it. If it is used by another person, this is presumed to mean that you have authorized them to use the store in your name and on your account.
4. 4You undertake to use the store with seriousness and credibility.
5. 5You undertake to disclose true, accurate, up-to-date, complete, and lawful information about yourself as required during registration with the store, and to update your data when it changes in reality or when necessary.
6. 6Our store undertakes to treat your personal information and contact addresses with complete confidentiality.
7. 7If it becomes apparent to the store that you have disclosed information that is untrue, inaccurate, outdated, incomplete, unlawful, or in violation of what is stated in the terms of use, the store has the right to suspend, freeze, or cancel your membership, store, or account on the platform, without prejudice to the store's other rights and its lawful means of recovering its rights and protecting other consumers.
8. 8In the event of non-compliance with any of the above, the store management has the right to suspend or cancel your store or membership, or block your access to the store's services again.

1. 1The parties to this agreement agree that communication shall be conducted via the email registered on the platform.
2. 2The consumer agrees that all agreements, announcements, data, and other communications provided electronically shall be equivalent to their written counterparts and shall constitute valid evidence in themselves for meeting legal and Sharia requirements.
3. 3The consumer agrees that they may be contacted and notified of any provisions relating to this agreement or to dealings with them through the store management broadcasting general messages to all consumers or to specific users of the store.

1. 1If any article or clause contained in this agreement is cancelled, or if any article or clause contained in this agreement is no longer effective, such matter shall not invalidate the validity of the remaining articles, clauses, rules, and provisions contained in this agreement, which shall remain in force until further notice from the store management.
2. 2This agreement—which is amended from time to time as circumstances require—constitutes the mechanism of operation, understanding, and agreement between (the consumer) and (the store).
3. 3The store may impose fees on some consumers depending on the offers, products, or services they request, or on fees or taxes imposed by the state on the nature of the product or service.
4. 4The store reserves the right to add, increase, reduce, or discount any fees or expenses under the articles, clauses, and provisions of the Terms of Use, for any consumers regardless of the reason for their registration.

1. 1The store, through its partners, provides a payment and settlement system in the store, which may be conducted entirely online through the payment options available on the store or through any payment method the store provides from time to time.
2. 2The store undertakes to set the price of the service or product it offers in its store in accordance with the recognized market value.
3. 3The store undertakes to provide invoices, receipts, and delivery notes for all amounts and profits arising in its store, and undertakes to provide the consumer with an invoice for their purchase of a service or product.
4. 4The store undertakes to provide the recognized accounting specifications in its electronic store, in application of the provisions of this agreement and for the legal, economic, commercial, and regulatory interests embodied in this regulation.

1. 1The intellectual property rights belonging to the store are fully owned by the store, whether owned by them before the establishment of this electronic platform or after its establishment.
2. 2The consumer respects the intellectual property rights belonging to the store, including the store's name itself, words, logos, and other symbols belonging to or displayed by the store, as every right associated with the store's name is fully owned intellectual property of the store.

1. 1The store undertakes to conduct its commercial business through this electronic platform in a lawful manner and in accordance with the regulations in force in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and in accordance with the provisions of this agreement.
2. 2The store shall not bear any claims arising from errors or negligence, whether resulting directly or indirectly, incidentally, through the consumer, or through a third party such as shipping companies.
3. 3(Store Name), its affiliates, owners, and representatives undertake that (the product or service) shall be sound, lawful, and authorized in accordance with the laws and regulations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and shall be used for lawful purposes.

The store may suspend or cancel the consumer's membership or restrict the consumer's access to the platform's services at any time, without notice, for any reason, and without limitation.

This terms of use agreement is governed by and drafted in accordance with the laws, regulations, and legislation in force and applicable in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and is fully and entirely subject to the regulations in force with the authorities in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

If any article or clause contained in this Terms of Use agreement is cancelled, or if any article or clause contained in the Terms of Use is no longer effective, such matter shall not invalidate the validity of the remaining articles, clauses, and provisions contained in the Terms of Use, which shall remain in force until further notice from the store management.

This Terms of Use agreement—which may be amended from time to time as circumstances require—constitutes the Terms of Use and the mechanism of operation, understanding, agreement, and contracting between the store and the consumer. Both parties to this agreement agree that the following shall be taken into consideration:

1. 1The Arabic language is the language applied when interpreting the provisions of this agreement, or when translating it into another language.
2. 2All prices displayed for the store's services or products may be amended from time to time.
3. 3Promotional or marketing offers that the store may place are temporary offers, and the store has the right to amend or discontinue these promotional or marketing offers at any time.
4. 4The parties to this agreement undertake to deal with each other in a manner that does not violate Sharia rules and the applicable regulations and laws relevant to the nature of dealings between the store and the consumer.
5. 5This terms of use agreement shall not be cancelled except by a decision issued by the store management.
